size of NE backups and time to complete?

I wonder if anyone could share data for a similarly-sized installation (or make an educated guess) for what I am hoping to implement, i.e., about 100 users.

What I'm looking for is the disk space used per backup (full/incremental) and the time it takes to complete. We would use the -zip or -zipstore option to save space if necessary.

Also some sense of the disk usage ratio to expect between /store to /backup. We do not have very high traffic--about 1600 message sent/3200 received per day. I may want to do hourly incrementals, though.
