Default User SPAM FILTER

Hello,

I'm having a problem with a user in zimbra.

He's receiving thousands mails in a day from a spammer.

I Tride to click with the right button in the message to create a filter.

The filter has the sender and the subject and the action is discard, but nothing happens.

But even with this filter created he is still receiving those mails.

There's another way tha can block that particular sender?

I tried to put a lin in /opt/zimbra/conf/salocal.cf.in like this "blacklist_from webmaster@domain.br but it didnt work too.

Can anyone give me any ideas?

What happens if you mark the email as Junk? They should, after a short while, get recognised as spam and not appear (or may appear in the junk folder) in future.

There's no 'SPAM' button, it should look like this:

My user interface looks like this:

There's no JUNK BUTTON...

I'm using Zimbra Open Source Version "Release 5.0.14_GA_2850.UBUNTU8 UBUNTU8 FOSS edition"

That's because you're using the Yahoo! UI skin, the Spam button is the Junk button.
