I didn't change the defaults values.

The first value is 75 and the second is 33.

I assume you've made no other modifications to the anti-spam/virus system in Zimbra? Why don't you change the Kill/Tag percentages to 66/25 respectively then get that user to hit the Junk/Spam button for the spam message he's receiving. If you're still having the problem after 24hrs post the headers from one of the messages.

unless it's 0/0 at least some spam should be deleted, isn't it?

Is spam filter per user or global for the server?

Spam Filter is global.

I'll change the values (AS/AV) and wait for changes.
