Why do you want to change it ? Are you not able to symlink it ?

It would also help people if you were to update your profile with the output from the following
Code:
su - zimbra
zmcontrol -v

I created symlink and now work!

I maked this:

cd /opt/zimbra
mv /opt/zimbra/store /u
chown zimbra.zimbra /u/zimbra/store
ln -s /opt/zimbra/store store

Thank you!
