Disable Quick Add

We are currently affected by bug 31094, where the QuickAdd is not loading the resource at all. This is causing all kinds of scheduling conflicts. Is there a way to disable the QuickAdd feature from the command line? I have it disabled in our COS but I don't that is affecting existing accounts.

We are currently affected by bug 31094, where the QuickAdd is not loading the resource at all. This is causing all kinds of scheduling conflicts. Is there a way to disable the QuickAdd feature from the command line? I have it disabled in our COS but I don't that is affecting existing accounts.

After testing this with a few users, disabling quick add in the COS seems to have done the trick. Can anyone verify that this is the way COS works?
