You can create public, read-only shares of any calendar. This creates a URL that can be used by other calendar apps to access the calendar.
And Zimbra supports external calendars accessed via URLs.
So you just share the calendar on one server, and access it on the other. Granted, this would only be read-only access, but it's a start.
(There are ways to hack around the read-only bit. Search for posts from me regarding Kontact for a couple of methods we discovered last year.)
