Can't change COS for users once domain limits removed

Hi there,

We had a domain which had limits on the COSs available to users. We've now removed those limits, but the accounts are stuck in the COS they were set to originonally. If I try and change the COS I get an error "Please set the account type for this account"

How do I get around this?

im also having the same issue. ive set a new cos for a certain domain, then once ive tried to set the cos for each users, got an error "Please set the account type for this account"
