Default Search Header information - is it possible?

I am interested in searching the header information for the following:

X-Uniform-Type-Identifier: com.apple.mail-note

I can't seem to get much of anything with the search or advanced search and wondered if there is another way. The reason???

Mac Mail has the capability of creating notes and stores them under the Reminders - Notes. These are synced to ZCS and placed in the normal INBOX. This is great except when you want to find a note in the 25000 messages you have. So I was attempting to create a saved search that would look in the INBOX for anything tagged as that string to see if it would fulfill the need.

If anyone knows of a way, that would be great.

By the looks of Wiki :: Zimbra Web Client Search Tips I do not think it is possible to search in the headers for that.
