Default Attachments not coming through

I have a user who got an e-mail that has an attachment but it will not show the attachment.

Here is what I have tried so far:
1.)The attachment is there (another user was CCed and it came through fine for her).
2.)I tried logging into her account on another computer and the attachment was not there
3.)I then logged into her account via the "View Mail" in the Admin console and the attachment was there.
4.)I then tried to log into her account normally again and the attachment was there now.
5.)I went back to her and had her log back in and the attachment was gone.
6.)I logged into her account on my computer again and the attachment was gone
7.)I logged into her account via the admin console again and the attachment was gone.
8.)I logged out of the admin console and back into it and then hit view mail and the attachment was back. It was at this point I just saved it to a network drive.

She has received attachments before from this person and the old e-mails still have their attachments working fine.

Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem with one user's mailbox. Two separate emails with attachments show the paper clip attachment icon but there seems to be no attachment to view or download.

Doing right-click "Show Original" does show me that the file is there:

Code:
--------------020505000201060103090806
Content-Type: application/pdf;
 name="050609.pdf"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: inline;
 filename="050609.pdf"

MDAwMDI2NzEgMDAwMDAgbg0KMDAwMDAwMjgwMSAwMDAwMCBuDQowMDAwMDAzMDIyIDAwMDAw
But I can not view it in the web client. When I check the users who the emails were sent from, the download links appear just fine.

This seems similar to this post Attachments do not display

Thoughts?

Having the user forward the email back to themselves worked for one of the attachments but not the other.

Resending the email with the attachment worked for the other email.
