Default log all mail going outside our domain to special mailbox

Hi,

I need to direct all mail sent by our users, which is _not_ sent to a ...@my.domain to a special account, say outgoing@my.domain.

I already figured that I need to use Postfix' recipient_bcc_maps feature, but I do not quite understand how to make it work in that exact fashion.

Does someone know how to achieve this? The Postfix manual isn't exactly helpful here
