[SOLVED] getting DNS related error

Hi,

We have hosted example.com domain in our email solution. now one of this domain's client which have domain test.com tried to send mail to example.com FIRST TIME. they recevied below error message in falire mail delivery :

addr=<abc@example.com>: This domain's DNS violates RFC 1035.

That means the DNS entries w.r.t the mail server of example.com has to be correct for proper mail exchange.

example.com domain people are able to send mail to test.com domain. But when test.com people trying to send mail to example.com they are getting below message.
another external domain people are able to send mail to example.com which on zimbra without any problem..only the proble mwith test.com...

have any one face this problem ?

Thanks for reply. sender domain is irisindia.net which is getting above error and receiver domain is rebi.in.

Your initial post indicates a DNS error and it's confirmed by this report, the obvious solution really should be checked before posting a question like this.
