GAL Update

I need a little clarity on the GAL.

My understanding is that it is a Global Address List, as in email addresses.

I recently installed a new zimbra box and setup 130+ users. I would like to add each of those new users to the GAL so that everyone else on the box can email each other.

How do I do that?

...and is the procedure the same when adding/removing folks as we hire/fire?

Sorry for such a newbie question, just couldn't find a straight answer anywhere else.

I see all of the user accounts!
How did you do that!?

So, they show up under the "To:", but don't show up under the Contacts section. So...Contacts is only local to the specific logged in user?

Is there a way to show the GAL entries into the contacts tab?
