Default internal distribution of external (ISP) mail

hi, I'm new to zimbra, setting up 1st server.

we have an global account: info@mycomp01.de
what would be the usefull method to distribute it to the users who need this?

what i have tried sofar:
1.
setup in zimbra a user extern.info@mycomp01.de
setup in zimbra distribution info@mycomp01.de list, let mail forward from extern.info to info@. nothing is forwarded to the users in the list.

2.
(from 1st try) setup user extern.info@mycomp01.de
configure fetch pop3 from extern.info (internal pop3), but nothing is fetched, settings are correct, pass the test.
