Default Zimbra mobile interface issue

Hello, I have a user with a calendar issue. When she logs in and selects the mobile interface, her calendar does not display. At the top of the calendar, it says 'an invalid request was made' in a red backgrounded banner. No events show up. She is using mobile on her iPhone, but it does the same thing when using firefox on her desktop and selecting 'mobile'.

We are using Zimbra 5.0.9. This is the only account in our domain that is having this issue. I would guess that there is a corrupted calendar event of some kind. Anyone seen this, or have a fix?

Thanks

Has the exchange account, in the iPhone, been deleted and re-created ?

Yes it has. And I see this not only on the iPhone, but on Firefox on a desktop client as well when we log in with the 'mobile' view.

So.. this is only happening in the mobile view, but it works if you load it in, say, the standard view?

That is correct. The standard or advanced view shows the calendar fine on a desktop system in FF. When we load it on the iPhone or FF using 'mobile' I get this error.

Hello, I grepped mailbox.log for her husername when she logged into mobile on Firefox (desktop). I see normal authentication, then about 5 lines of this (trunkated):

soap - NoOpRequest

The soap - NoOpRequest messages were on a line with my mail servers IP, with the username of the user with this issue. Other than that, there is nothing in mailbox.log suggesting an issue with this account.

Thanks for the help.

The error might not be on a line with her username.. You might have to tail -f the mailbox.log file to see what's happening when the page tries to load.
