I have readed a lot of pages an a zimbra guide Recreating a Self-Signed SSL Certificate - Zimbra :: Wiki but i can't do it :s
This is the error that apears:

 keytool -delete -alias jetty -keystore /opt/zimbra/mailboxd/etc/keystore -storepass *********
error de keytool: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /opt/zimbra/mailboxd/etc/keystore (Permission denied)

How can i solve it?

It would help is if you were to update your profile with the following output so we know which version of ZCS you are running

su - zimbra
zmcontrol -v

What happend if you run the command as root

/opt/zimbra/bin/keytool -delete -alias jetty -keystore /opt/zimbra/mailboxd/etc/keystore -storepass *********
