Default Away Message for User do not work

I have a user, who for some reason, the away messages no longer work for them.

I cannot identify any changes to the account or properties as to why the away messages have stopped for just this user.

Everyone elses away messages work.

Any ideas where to start?

Send a message to this person and then look in /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log. You should see something like "mailbox - outofoffice not sent...". Hopefully you will get some ideas from the log on why they are not working for this user. Just a hunch, but I'm guessing it may have something to do with a bad date in either the begin or end dates that can be set for the message.
