Default Error popup message in admin console

Hi there again!
Right now i have a problem when i try to login admin console. Right away there's a popup message (in attachment as well).
"Message: system failure: getting database logger connection Error code: service.FAILURE Method: GetServiceStatusRequest Details:soap:Receiver"
Anyone has any idea why this is happening (everything was running smoothly till yesterday) and how to fix that?!
Thnx,
Martins

I'm getting this exact error message as well. I've read a couple of threads regarding this error message, but none of the solutions seem to help. I'm running the latest version of Zimbra (5.0.16) on CentOS5. Otherwise everything else works great.

I'm not sure what you've already tried but when we've seen this the following has worked (assuming you are able to take Zimbra down for a few minutes):

zmcontrol shutdown
ps -ef | grep zimbra (look for any stray zimbra processes which were not stopped by the shutdown and kill them manually)
zmcontrol start

Tried that. No stray processes are showing up when I run 'ps -ef | grep zimbra'.

About this error - problem solved! Upgraded to 5.0.14 version. Right now everything works smooth. As fas as i understood, than version (5.0.11) i used before has a bug that is making some trouble with logger.

Hmmmm, my problem was logger service that was not running and i got this error msg.
I'm pretty new with zimbra, so i can't suggest anything. I think you should wait for someone from support or development team.
