yes it seems to be a rights problems.

What I do :
First of all, the destination mailbox is created and I have send an test message to verify. I can logon without any pbme.
I launch the migration wizard.
I enter Zimbra server informations (host address, zimbra admin login and his password, ...)
Here, i get an alert about an error found in the SSL cert sent by the server.
I continue with the invalid cert (??!?)
I choose the domain (I only have one, easy to choose )
I click on "Launch Profile Chooser" button.
I choose the default profile (outlook)
I click on "Object Picker" to choose the users to import. I get a Windows classic window to select domain profiles. I use the "search" button.
I get a logon window.

There, i can use the domain administrator logon or the user to import logon, the migration failed at the end.

Well, so I choose the correct user.
The wizard congratulate me : "1 accounts exist and 0 accounts do not exist".

I choose correct import filter options (folder options, logs, date filter,...).
I start the import process and ...

Code:

the migration wizard must be run under the correct account or the administrative mailbox logons will fail. in your case, it sounds like you should logon to windows as the domain administrator, then run the migration wizard. If it doesn't popup asking you for a password, you are on the right track.

Doesn't work neither.
I logon on a client computer as the domain admin.
I ran the migration wiz.
Of course no outlook account has configured for the domain admin on this computer so I get an error when I have to choose the correct profile.
I tried to create one but it still fails.
I can't launch the wizard directly on the exchange server 'cause it's an old one (NT4).
Exchange server release version is 5.5. Could it be a pbme ?

try this:

1. create a new windows account 'zmig'
2. give it a password
3. make it a member of domain admin
4. create a mailbox for this account and send it a mail
5. make zmig an 'exchange service admin' for the org
6. logon to the client as zmig
7. create a profile for zmig and make sure you can open it with outlook
8. run the migration wizard

I've followed exactly what you wrote. doesn't work.
Running like that, now when I have to choose users by the Object Picker, Windows doesn't ask me for an admin login and password anymore (seems normal as zmig user is an administrator for the NT4/Exchange 5.5. domain).

If the destination account doesn't exist into Zimbra, the wizard creates it well.
But as soon as I push the OK button to begin the importation process, wiz goes to an error.
It starts to replicate folder hierarchy, and alerts me that import has been completed with 2 total errors and 0 total warning

Yes, as an Exchange admin and as a NT4 domain admin.
