Default Server Filesystem crash - what to rescue?

Hi

I had a crash of my server and (murphy's law) no running backup.

Looks like a lot of stuff has been damaged (zimbra, perl / mysql stuff, etc.)

I'm currently running ZCS 5.0.8.

I'm actually thinking about a complete new setup of the server.

What should I try to rescue to a backup ftp server in order to copy it back after the new setup is done?

Thanks

Andre

Hi

I tried a ./install.sh --softwareonly, but that still wants to backup some databases and check them for integrity, which is impossible doe to the fact, that e.g. openssl, dspam and zimbramon have dies during the filesystem crash.

Is there any chance to re-install the missing stuff / upgrade without having the tool to backup / check the databases or is there a way to backup only the databases?

Thanks

Andre
