A user can set that in their Preferences tab including the reply-to field. If you want them to be able to receive mail for everton.silva@domain.com you'll have to give them that name as an Alias in the Admin UI or use a script with zmprov to create the alias.

Hello, Everton.

We have a similar setup here. Users' accounts are actually login ids, but their mail addresses are first.last@domain.com.

I'm using a combination of Canonical Addresses with Aliases.

So I create account like:

$ zmprov ca id1097894@domain.com '' givenName First sn Last displayName "First Last" zimbraMailCanonicalAddress first.last@domain.com
$ zmprov aaa id1097894@domain.com first.last@domain.com

That should do the trick.

Dear Eri,

The aliases already exixts, by the way the nessages sent to everton.silva@domain.com are delivered to 12345-0@domain.com.
With the canonical address automaticaly the outgoing messages are going whith the address everton.silva, to my all accounts?
Thanks.

Yes. That's correct.

All emails are sent using the canonical address. The only exception seems to be calendar invitations.
There is a bug opened for it here.
