Default Global Mail Folders

Hi,
it is possible to configure global mail folders?

for example, all users should access info@domain.com .

Yes, create a user named info & share the Inbox folder and give everyone access.

HI,
thanks for the quick answer.
This means, i create "info@domain.com" - User as admin. And then share this inbox with the other users ? Is this correct?

Whats about, if a user sends a email with the info@ identity, can this email go to a global "Outgoing - Folder"?
