    Hi,

    I know this topic is quite old but I have the same error message
    Code:
    ** server can't find XXXXXXXX.in-addr.arpa: NXDOMAIN
    have you found a solution ?

    The answer is in my previous post, this is not a ZImbra problem you need a reverse DNS entry.
