Default cannot telnet port 25 to zimbra if using windows japanese version

I have windows japanese version.
Email connection using outlook express its ok
but if i'm using telnet command trying connect to zimbra port 25 its unsuccess
in different side, windows english all its ok..

i need telnet from windows japanes succes, anyone can help
i very appreciate..

That's a useful comment, how is anybody supposed to offer you any help with that lack of information! How about starting with the following: what you've tried so far to resolve the problem; which version of Zimbra; which operating system; whether you've disabled the firewall; what happens if you telnet to port 25 on the server itself etc. etc.....

which version of windows did you use?
how about mailbox.log?
