Default [SOLVED] Upgrade Zimbra

Hello.

I'm currently running Zimbra 4.0.5 on RHEL4.
I'm looking at upgrading to the latest free version (5.0.14).

Is there a best way to do this upgrade?
Straight to newest version? Incrementally among specific versions?

I am going to do a full backup before I even begin any upgrading, but I'd rather save some time and see if anyone else can offer some tips.

Thanks.

Welcome to the forums,
You should make an intermediate step to 4.5.11 first, before 5.0.14.
