Welcome to the forums

From the AS400 server if you perform a telnet to your Zimbra server on port 25 and try and manually send a email does it work ?

Ok.. thanks uxbod.

FYI that AS 400 system was managed by different person at japan..
so I can't do it by my self.... I will tell you the result immediately
btw thanks for your suggestion.

But could anyone tell me security on zimbra? I think this problem because zimbra is too secure so block relay email from AS 400..

Thanks

I have troubleshoot that case. and I found smtpd helo is the problem

So the solution is change zimbra smtpd_helo_required from yes to no..

1. su zimbra
2. cd /opt/zimbra/conf
3. ls -al
then you will see that zmmta.cf marked as read only
change with chmod 644 zmmta.cf
4. vi zmmta.cf
find line smtpd_helo_required
delete word after helo required (usually Local bla bla bla)
add no after smtpd_helo_required
5. now in zmmta.cf its :
smtp_helo_required no
6. reload your zimbra
zmcontrol stop
zmcontro start

And it's worked.
