can't receive mails from certain senders

Hi,

I have zimbra installed which is being used in live environment. Recently I have noticed that zimbra cannot receive mails from certain senders. It just sends them back to the sender.

What could be the problem and the solution to it.

It could be for many reasons ... Please check /var/log/zimbra.log for one of the bounced messages and post a extract please. If it is being bounced what error does the sender get back ?
