Googled and found this 1 .

You'll need to manually undeploy the following zimlets with

Code:

zmzimletctl undeploy com_zimbra_license
zmzimletctl undeploy com_zimbra_mobilesync
zmzimletctl undeploy com_zimbra_domainadmin
zmzimletctl undeploy com_zimbra_backuprestore

Is there anything else which needed to taken care ...

Please Suggest !!!! Have anyone done this ...

In theory un-deploy those zimlets and then use the latest FOSS release of ZCS and perform a upgrade at the same time

Even if the Licence expires Zimbra will continue to run without the NE features (search teh forums if you want the details). You shouldn't need to un-depoly the Zimlets first and running the OS install over the NE version will do an 'upgrade' to the OS version. If there's any problems with the zimlets after the upgrade you can un-deploy those zimlets at that stage. As per usual this comes with the advice to take a backup of your NE version (using the internal Zimbra backup) and also backup the /opt/zimbra directory structure and move it to a safe place before you do the upgrade.

You can still use AD authentication in the FOSS version.

The NE functions that will expire are covered in several post in the forums, please search for those. As Uxbod has said, AD authentication is available in the OS version as well.
