Smile adding disaster failover server

What is the BEST way and what is the FASTEST way to add a server to an existing zimbra NE installation (one red hat enterprise linux 4 server) that:

- would essentially replicate the existing mailstore
- would be available as a manually turned on failover zimbra server
- is not the exact same hardware configuration as the original server

Automatic failover would be better but not necessary (will do that when money and time is available)

GOAL: if the existing zimbra server crashes or hangs, the second server can be turned on, IPs and firewall forwarding quickly reconfigured.

Any ideas, links, etc, would be greatly appreciated.

thanks!
