Unhappy Routing Outgoing Email

Here is my current situation. I have a static IP address which is linked to my server. The problem is MSN to name one is blocking my static IP address because it is registered as a "dynamic" one. So I want to know if I can all outgoing email from my zimbra MTA to my ISPs SMTP server this way it will not get bounced back. Is there a setting in Zimbra that allows me to do this and if so, how do I enable it?

Thanks.

Admin GUI -> Global Settings -> MTA and you will be able to set the relay there.

That is what I thought. But it doesn't have authentication. My ISP SMTP server requires authentication.
