how to configure a Zimbra account on a Mac without admin privileges

My email on Zimbra is gionata.ronchi@dahilatv.it and I want to be able to see my email with the same folders as I see in Zimbra on my notebook too.

My notebook is a Macbook Pro and I can't install Zimbra Desktop because it tells that it requires administrator privileges that I don't have (and I can't have).

How can I do? I can for example configure the Mail app. to use IMAP but what is the server address for it? is it provided by Zimbra or by my email provider dahliatv.it?

Yes, I login in the Zimbra website I see it there (web).

Based on mx (mail exchanger) records, you probably want to use mail.dahliatv.it as your IMAP and SMTP server in Mail.app

I see that Zimbra is accessible on the web via http(s)://mail.dahliatv.it so that further confirms it.

I believe it's possible for Zimbra's http and IMAP/POP addresses to be different, but in your case, I doubt it, because as a final check, I observed that mail.dahliatv.it has IMAP/POP/SMTP ports open.
