Status changed emails. Who sends it?

I wonder which process is the one who sends the following emails:

Mar 17 13:15:23 hostname zimbramon[3033]: 3033:err: Service status change: hostname.domain.com antivirus changed from stopped to running

i'm having this exact problem:

Zimbramon repeatedly sending old notifications.

a bug maybe?

I think i fixed the problem. It was caused by an interrupted install.

The fix, that i need to wait a couple of dayd before markibg this as solved, was to reinstall like in an upgrade but with the same version.
