Backing Up Zimbra

I am running Zimbra Open Source and loving it. The problem I have, is how do I back everything up? Is there an easy way to do this with the open source system? Before I put the system into full production (aka actually start using it for real) I need to know if I can back-up the information in case I plan on upgrading or changing the server in the future.

Wow, that is a lot. When running those back-ups, how would I restore the files?
