send an annoucement to every user on server

Hi,
I have tried searching to no avail so I have to make a new thread...

How do I send an email to every user from the admin console? I know I could write a script to do it via the zmprov tool - is there a way in the admin web gui to do it at all?
I feel it would be very useful, to allow the admins to tell the users about outages, new features, upgrades etc.
Giving people a mailing list opt out kinda system would also be good, but there might be mailman etc integration for that.

You could always add a distribution group and add your users to that.
