conversation mode cannot sorty by from field

Hi,

If you are not able to sort by from field check if the account might be in conversation mode and remove that conversation mode to message mode.

zmprov ga <uid> | grep -i conver
zimbraFeatureConversationsEnabled: TRUE
zimbraPrefGroupMailBy: conversation

then run the below command.

zmprov ma <uid> zimbraPrefGroupMailBy message

[phoenix]

A user can do that themselves by changing from Conversation to Message mode and clicking on the field header.
