Default How to check log for user access via pop3

Dear Sir
I'm a newbie please help me to fine out the problem.
I have many users to use pop3 for access to their mailbox.

I want to know from The log:
When are the last access into mailbox via pop3 both of complete and incomplete?

and why are incomplete?

It's better if I know which are name of log file that I should to read?

Thank you for your reply..

This are a sample message for audit.log

"2009-03-18 11:31:02,825 INFO [Pop3Server-86128] [ip=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx;] security - cmd=Auth; account=xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.com; protocol=pop3;"

The account owner told me : He connected to zimbra server but I try to check in mailbox via webmail but there are many emails in box.

In usually if he connected, it must don't have any email in the box.


I founded this problem in some account . what should I do?

Go into the Admin GUI and try re-indexing the users mailbox.

I do it already. but I'm not sure for this solution. if it's not. Do you have any solution for this.
