export Inbox to file by CLI command?

Dear All,

Could anyone advise if there's any command which can export user's /Inbox (or other specific folders) to file by command?

I found there's the REST way, such as :
http://server/service/home/<account>/Inbox.zip

which allow user export their own Inbox to Inbox.zip. However, is it possible to do that from admin user by command from OS? you know, just for backup purpose.
