Default No Transaction manager found - if your webapp requires one, please configure one

Today i have looked at zimbra (5.0.2) log directory and i have found a lot of zmmailboxd.out.(date)

In these logs there is: No Transaction manager found - if your webapp requires one, please configure one.

what's this?
I haven't no problem to receive or send emails except for (i think) a trascurable error repeated every day: 2009-03-13 20:18:08 bounced (host mail.mediatech.it[10.0.0.193] said: 501 5.5.4 Syntax error in parameters (in reply to MAIL FROM command))

It's a warning message, you can ignore it.
