User ID & EMAIL ADDRESS

Hi all,
I would like to know that is it possible to to create an email address which have an user Id different from the left isde of the email address.

for example,
User Id a.d
Email Address ad@domain.com

Yes, you can add aliases or personas. I would highly recommend that you read the Administrators Guide to understand better what you can do in ZCS.
