How to see all users in Administrator Console

Yesterday import 5 million users，but I can't list all users in Administrator Console. Display "The number of results to be displayed is over the limit."
I would like to know restrictions on how many ？ How to modify the threshold limit？

theres some rfes about increasing the limit although i don't know if 5million results at onece is reasonable.
