Red face [SOLVED] Documents not working after 5.0.14 upgrade

I just recently upgrade our Zimbra to 5.0.14 and everything seemed to go fine. However, now when folks go to the Documents feature like they have been since it was introduced, they get a SSL cert not valid error.

When we go to zimbra we go to --> https://webmail.mydomain.com
We have a SSL cert from GoDaddy that is valid and has been good since day one for us.

I noticed that when click on a link in the Documents area, the url that it tries to goto is --> https://mail-01.mydomain.com

mail-01 is the host machine name. So where in the upgrade to 5.0.14 did it toss that curve into and more importantly, how do I fix it so folks can get their documents again?

Many thanks!

Set zimbraPublicServiceHostname, zimbraPublicServiceProtocol and zimbraPublicServicePort.

I found the spot in the Admin GUI and set the public service hostname and that seems to have fixed things, folks can get to their documents again. Do I need to apply the other two that you mentioned?

Thanks for your help!

As long as you did not change the ports/protocols (that's mainly when using a reverse proxy) you don't have to apply the other two.

Marking as solved.
