rename the server's hostname

Hi,
We're going to migrate our email server from mail.domain.com to mail1.domain.com. As we finish the migration process; we'd like to rename mail1.domain.com to mail.domain.com. My question is can it be done and what involved?

So this is what I should do...
1. Change the box's name and its IP address by modifying hosts, network, ifcfg-eth0 files
2. Follow the instructions in the ZmSetServerName - Zimbra :: Wiki to complete the task
Am I missing anything?
