Emails are getting deleted

I installed zimbra 2 months back and suddenly I started seeing my emails are getting deleted from webmail ...where are my emails going?

Checking your settings in the Admin GUI or from the CLI as described in that thread I posted. Have you read the Zimbra Admin Guide?
