Default Stats Stopped

I am running Release 5.0.6_GA_2313.UBUNTU6 UBUNTU6 FOSS edition and just noticed that stats is stopped. I have stopped zimbra and restarted and have same result. I want to resolve this issue prior to upgrade to 5.0.13.

In the admin console I still get statistics graphs.

Any ideas on where to start looking would be appreciated.

Check the Troubleshooting section of this wiki article first and see if that fixes your problem.

Thanks for the response. Sorry it took so long to get back to this.

I ran the check on the logger database table and it checked out OK. All the rest of the Wiki seems to test why the Logger process is not running, but all services including logger are running except for the Stats process.

Any other ideas?

Are the stats even being updated in the MySQL database ? Check using
Code:
su - zimbra
logmysql
use zimbra_logger;
select * from mta_aggregate
where date_format(period_start,"%Y%m%d") = date_format(now(),"%Y%m%d");

Thanks for the response Uxbod.

After running requested statement, run at 6:30AM, I received 5 records, one for each hour of today's date with varing message counts and bytes.

If I go to Admin Console and look at statistics, the graphs are up to date also.

Thanks for your help.
