Default Protect email from getting deleted for 7 years.

We are implementing Zimbra as our primary server and end users are mainly going to download email with Outlook. (Some will use Zimbra directly of course)

I know that we can check [leave email on server] option, but is it possible to ensure that all emails are undelete-able so that we can use it to archive? This is for the fulfillment of business requirement to keep up to 7 years of email archive.

Thanks,
Boon Hong.

This is available if you purchase the Network Edition of ZCS; though if cost prohibitive you could also look at MailArchiva - Email Archiving as they have a FOSS version aswell.
