Default daily mail reports: change "From:" header?

I'm running ZCS 5.0.13 on Ubuntu and have a quick question about customizing the daily mail reports from Logger. The headers look like this:

Subject: Daily mail report from 2009-03-04 00:00:00 to 2009-03-05 00:00:00
X-Mailer: Mail::Mailer[v2.03] Net::SMTP[v2.31]
To: admin@genarts.com
From: admin@genarts.com
Message-Id: <20090305061013.56CA714B4001@mail.hq.genarts.com >
Date: Thu, 5 Mar 2009 01:10:13 -0500 (EST)

I'd like the From: address to be admin@mail.hq.genarts.com instead. What can I customize to get this? I'm thinking something in zmlocalconfig, but I can't find any documentation on all the config variables :-( so I'm not sure what to set.
