Download from other accounts

In my company is working on one email large group of people. So I thought that installs zimbra locally, while I will receivie mail from an external server (unfortunately, only POP3), filter through my delivery rules for different folders and in such form available to users. The idea of downloading took out of here that if zimbra stop's, I have an extra copy on an external server. Here the question arises. Is there configuration to ensure that a permanent check on an external mail server, for instance every minute?
