Google Chrome tips and tricks?

I have most everyone here in a windoze terminal server environment, so the 1st iteration of ZD won't work for me. (won't allow multiple people on the same computer at the same time)
So, I am really hoping to find the right browser and appropriate tweaks to get it to work as close as possible to a desktop client. (mailto links working, not worrying about pop ups, consistent for everyone, drag and drop, good speed, ...)
I am playing around with Google Chrome as it has a nice app feature. Does anyone know how to deploy an app then to everyone's desktop? And get the mailto links to work and drag and drop ...?
Ideas?

I have noticed an issue that with Google Chrome sometimes the keyboard shortcuts do not work with Zimbra. I have not experienced this with FireFox.
