Default [SOLVED] Piping to PHP issues

Hi,
I have been trying to use piping to a PHP script over the last few days. I have found the following guide
Configuring Postfix to work with piped scripts - Zimbra :: Wiki

which I have followed. The issue I am having is that after doing all the changes and running stop and start the master.cf is loosing it's changes. I have run teh command

zmlocalconfig -e postfix_transport_maps=' hash:/opt/zimbra/postfix/conf/transport,ldap:/opt/zimbra/conf/ldap-transport.cf'

Does anyone know any reasons why this would be happening?
I am using Release 5.0.13_GA_2791.RHEL5_64_20090206123226 CentOS5_64 FOSS edition

Thanks

Is there not a master.cf.in ? This needs to be changed as master.cf always gets re-written on ZCS startup.
