Default Issue with my Mail servers

I have two mail servers qmail and zimbra both the mail server have two same domain hosted on it abc.com and xyz.com .I am using qmail server with my .NET application to send out emails .When i send email to foo@xyz.com its landing on Qmail server only is there any way so that when I send email from foo@xyz.com that mail can land on my zimbra server.

Are you running a internal DNS server ? If so you will need to update the MX record for that domain so that it points to your Zimbra server. Alternatively is there anything you can specify in the .NET coding to use your Zimbra server as a relay ?

I am using internal DNS BIND on my Zimbra SERVER.I defined mailhost in my .NET application to use my QMAIL Server .I dont want to send all emails from ZIMBRA Server
but only for my internal domain abc.com and xyz.com.

Why not specify no mailhost so that your .NET application will look up the receiving MTA by DNS ? or do you want everything relayed through your QMail server ? If so, you will need to speak to them on how you can then forward those internal domains to your ZCS server.
