Is migration possible?

I currently installed "Release 5.0.6_GA_2313.UBUNTU6_64 UBUNTU6_64 NETWORK edition" on Ubuntu 6.0.6 LTS 64. I am planning to move it to "5.0.13 GA Ubuntu 6.0.6 32 Bits" version.

I have few questions:

(1) Whether it is possible to move from 64 bits to 32 bits? (The old 64 bits mail server will be shut down)
(2) What steps should I follow? By the way, what my plan is
(2.a) upgrade to 5.0.13 in 64 bits version .
(2.b) take a full backup copy and a increment backup copy (after zmcontrol stop)
(2.c) copy to 6.0.6 LTS 32 bits platform and restore from backup.

Is any thing that I must take care in this step?

Why are you downgrading from 64 bits to 32 ?

We installed zimbra on 64 bits VMWare vmserver 2. We are looking forward to move it to esxi server. With the ESXI server, it doesn't support 64 bits system. In that case, we need support 32 bits system.
